Introduction:
This equipment meets the requirements for multi-line all solid-state battery testing and production. It is mainly used to provide certain pressure, heat conduction and reliable circuit connection during battery testing. It has the functions of charging and discharging with high pressure and high temperature. The fixture adopts a horizontal integrated layout. After the laminate is pre-pressed, the pressure is provided by a servo motor and an electric cylinder. A layer-pushing structure is adopted to achieve the clamping and opening of the fixture. An optional pre-pressing mechanism can reduce the stroke of the pressurization module and achieve rapid clamping.

· High-Strength Fixture
Left and right end seats and the thrust plate of the fixture are all made of high-strength materials to ensure the high strength of the fixture.
· Low Line Loss
The current transmission path between the power supply and the battery being processed is shorter, thus reducing the charging and discharging line loss.
· Pressure Control
Pressure is controlled using a closed-loop system, which allows real-time monitoring of pressure changes during formation and enables real-time adjustment of the pressure to ensure precise pressure control. During the formation process, multi-stage pressure control can be achieved.
· Temperature Control
Layer plates are heated using heating plates, with each layer plate independently controlled for temperature. This ensures rapid heating of the batteries, with the heating curves of the batteries on each layer plate being tightly clustered, well-overlapping, and maintaining stable and uniform temperature.
