Power supply and mechanical unit
The series connection formation/grading equipment is composed of two parts: power supply and mechanical unit.
The power supply has two main functions:
1. Establish communication with the PC controller and control the working state of the equipment.
2. Convert the AC power from the Grid into various signals which is required by each module to control the operation of the equipment.
The power supply adopts the structure design of 7 independent layers, each layer realizing different functions. The name and corresponding functions of each layer is as follows:
1. Central control layer: Communication with PC and output control signals for each control layer
2. Switching power layer: Provides 24V power supply signal for each module
3. Auxiliary calibration layer: Realize calibration measurement function
4. DC-DC layer: The DC-DC host controls the output current and communicates with the slave
5. DC-DC layer: The DC-DC Slave controls the output current and communicates with the host
6. AC-DC layer: Realize AC-DC & DC-AC conversion
7. AC-DC layer: Same as 6
The mechanical unit is composed of two parts:
1. Series control module and IO control board. Realize control of channel and io.
2. Mechanical press part. Realize the action of the press.
Compared with traditional parallel equipment, the series charge and discharge equipment has the following advantages:
1. The current of each channel is totally same, and the battery consistency is better
2. High charging and discharging efficiency
3. Modular design is good for maintenance
4. The total length of cables is shorter, and the equipment is more attractive

Equipment introduction: This equipment is mainly used for the formation of pouch batteries.
Equipment introduction: This equipment is used to charge and discharge cylindrical batteries. It has the characteristics of tray-type formation, traceable data, good battery contact consistency, excellent temperature uniformity, and high safety.
