The MKT01S series high-frequency induction power supply products are mainly used in industries of crystal growth, melting, welding, and semiconductor material refining. The device uses IGBT as the main power device and adopts a DSP+FPGA fully digital control system, which has the characteristics of high accuracy, strong anti-interference, and stable and reliable output. The IGBT power device automatically tracks the frequency under precise control of the phase-locked loop, ensuring that the equipment operates in a resonant state and minimizes losses. The frequency phase lock adopts FPGA as the digital phase lock core, and the control core adopts 32-bit DSP, matched with 16 bit precision A/D acquisition, to achieve precise control of power output.
